HEADHUG POLICIES

Sizing: 

Our original twist and faux bow headhugs are sewn to 10 inches and fit most adults with a 20-21.5" head circumference.

Petite sizes run about an inch smaller than our regular head hugs (both in width and length). If you’d like a smaller fit, this is a great option for you. This size also fits most children 7+ (depending on head circumference, could fit younger children)

Topknots are sewn at our regular size but are semi adjustable so you can loosen or tighten for comfort. 

Our wander bows are fully adjustable as you can tie to the circumference of your head for total comfort.

If the headhug is PETITE (our smaller size) the listing will state that.

Sizing issues: 

Because each headband is hand cut and hand sewn, some sizing may vary (both width and head circumference // all headbands are cut by hand and measured to fit most adults comfortably). We strive to keep sizing consistent, sometimes there can be a small issue. W&A works very hard to hand pick specific fabrics that will ensure customer satisfaction, fit, and comfort (fabric materials vary and we sew according to fabric). Some fabrics that we use in our shop, are "printed" meaning, the color and print is physically printed on the fabric, this sometimes affects the stretch and the texture of our head hugs and is something to be noted. 

Don't be afraid to stretch your headband when putting it on that pretty head of yours (I mean, not like hulk status, but you shouldn't be worried about stretching them). All headbands are double and triple checked before packaging and mailed to you, please be kind when reaching out to us know of an issue!

If there are sizing issues, W&A will ALWAYS make it right, as long as contact is made within 5 business days of receiving order; these will be case by case depending on the issue.

Quantity miscount: 

In the event there is a miscount on quantities offered during a drop for headbands, while processing the orders, W&A will replace with a similar pattern of the same value or add a code on your packing slip for a shop credit. This doesn't happen often, but when it does we will be sure to make up for it!

Washing instructions: 

Headbands can be washed and dried as normal. For longer lasting wear, hang drying is recommended. Because wear and tear is common in a garment/accessory (especially if it’s a favorite piece) we ask that you inspect each item upon arrival and let us know within 5 business days of receiving your order!

If it’s past 30 days and there is an issue with a seam on a headhug or something of that nature, we will take it case by case. Headbands are machine sewn + inspected before sending out. However, sometimes mistakes happen and we will do what we can to make it right. Natural wear and tear can happen and ultimately the care is customer responsibility, especially after the allotted 30 day period.

We strive to purchase the best machinery to use on our hand sewn items, but please note sometimes things happen and we appreciate your understanding. 

As always, communication is key and each exchange request will be a case by case decision between W&A and the customer!

 

BOUTIQUE POLICIES

Sizing + Quality Concerns: 

We try our very best to accurately describe the fit and sizing of each item in the listing, but sometimes things don't work out (and thats okay!). Please try on and inspect your items within 5 days of receiving them. If there is an issue, please reach out right away. You can email us at help.wanderandarrowco@gmail.com and be sure to include your order number so we can quickly help you! 

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange something for a different size, we will happily do so! Please ensure the item is unwashed, unworn, and tags still attached.

If your correct size is sold out, we will accept the item as a return and give you shop credit. 

Returns: 

If you would like to return items, we will happily accept unwashed, unworn, items with tags attached! The return window is 7 days from delivery date.

Once you email us, we will provide a return slip. Once the items are received in new condition, shop credit will be issued. No refunds will be given on boutique items at this time. 

Each return request is reviewed and considered on a case by case basis. We always strive to satisfy the customer. 

 

SHOP POLICIES

Turnaround time: 

As Wander & Arrow Inc. grows, so does the volume of orders (thank you for keeping this mama team so busy, you are currently blessing 6 households with your orders!) our current TAT is 7-10 business days. This does NOT include order date, holidays, and weekends.

Please note that if you are emailing our team for an update. If it is within the allotted time frame and you have not received any info about your order, rest assured we are still processing them. You can check back on instagram stories and posts as Lacey is constantly putting updates on there. We know you are excited to get your orders + we are just as excited to get them to you! Your patience goes a LONG way when you are supporting a small shop. 

Checkout:

Sometimes during drops there is a high volume of customers checking out at once, unfortunately your cart isn't "safe" and sometimes the desired items are sold out by checkout. Unfortunately, there is nothing that Wander and Arrow can do about it. We work hard to add as many patterns and quantities as we can for each drop. If you have multiple orders during the SAME drop/day, use code "addon" and it will take off the shipping after the first order. 

Discount Codes:

Sometimes things slip through the cracks on our end and we ALWAYS make it right, sometimes in the form of a discount code. If you receive a discount code from us, that code is only guaranteed to be active for 30 days of the date given. That will give you two (or more!) drops to shop from and enjoy your code! Codes emailed to our subscribers and not used during checkout will not be applied to an order. Dont worry tho, we send them out OFTEN!

Returns: 

If you would like to return items, we will happily accept unwashed, unworn, items! The return window is 7 days from delivery date. Headhug returns are NOT accepted if the wrong style is purchased. The listing details are in the collection and listed on each of the products. We appreciate you taking the time to read through what we work hard on!!

Once you email us, we will provide a return slip. Once the items are received in new condition, shop credit will be issued. No refunds will be given at this time.

Mystery headhug bundles + Holiday/seasonal headhugs + boutique items are final sale.

Shipping:

Lacey + her team work very hard to get orders out within the specified timeframe of each drop. Please know we will communicate if there is a delay on our end. Once the order is mailed it is out of our hands; if your order says delivered and it isn't there we have 3 options:

  • contact your local USPS and fill out a missing item/package form (this is the first step we will instruct you to take) this makes the post office aware of the situation and will start the process of getting your money back through them.
  • wait 2-3 business days as sometimes the package will show up.
  • contact W&A to chat about refilling the order.
  • We ask that any issue with delivery communication is made to W+A as soon as possible; if communication is not made within 20 business days from purchase date W&A has the right to refuse refilling or refunding an order due to time frame and chance of items unavailable.

We understand that things happen and you want your order as much as we want to get them to you! We will take these issues case by case to get them resolved. We are constantly sending out extra headbands, codes and eating costs to refill orders that have fallen through the cracks that are out of our control. As a small business this isn't ideal, but we are about community and again will take each issue case by case. We know everyone is doing their best, so patience + grace go along ways especially during the holidays!

As of right now Wander & Arrow is only shipping within the US. We are working on getting our shipping preferences updated. We will keep everyone updated when those have changed! Thank you for your patience!!
